Shipping policy

At LumeHaus, every timepiece featured on our site is in stock, meticulously inspected, and prepared for immediate dispatch. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days upon confirmation of payment from your bank or credit card provider.

All domestic shipments are sent via FedEx Overnight, fully insured, and provided at no additional cost to you.


Payment by Credit Card

To protect our clients and maintain the highest level of security, orders placed with a credit card are shipped only after authorization and final settlement by the issuing bank.

  • Orders placed before 12 PM CST are generally approved the same day and ship the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM CST typically ship on the second business day.

  • All orders must be shipped to the billing address on file with your credit card company.

If you prefer to ship to an alternate address, simply contact your card provider and request that they add an “alternate shipping address” to your account. This does not change your billing information—rather, it helps ensure a seamless and secure delivery.

Please note:

  • Estimated delivery timelines are based on orders received by 12 PM CST, Monday through Friday.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Friday will ship the following Tuesday.

  • We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

  • Items within the same order may ship separately.


Payment by Wire Transfer

For clients paying by wire, your order will ship the same day we receive confirmation of funds (incoming wire cutoff is 1 PM CST).

We accept wire transfers only—ACH and other electronic payments cannot be accepted. Orders without confirmed payment within two full business days will be automatically cancelled.


Additional Information

  • A physical street address is required. FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories/Provinces.

  • All U.S. orders ship via FedEx Standard Overnight, insured, Monday through Friday.

  • FedEx is our exclusive shipping provider; alternative carriers cannot be accommodated for online orders.

 

Sales & Use Tax Notice

Many states now require residents to report and remit use tax on purchases where sales tax was not collected. Use tax follows the same rules as sales tax and may apply to purchases made:

  • Through mail-order catalogs

  • Online

  • In another state where the retailer ships the goods directly to you

If sales tax was not charged at the time of purchase, you may be responsible for remitting use tax to your home state.
Use tax is not required if you already paid another state’s sales tax on the item.

Because tax obligations vary, please refer to your local or state taxing authority for guidance on whether use tax applies to your purchase.
