At LumeHaus, every timepiece we offer is selected with intention and held to the highest standards of authenticity and condition. Your confidence in our craftsmanship and service is paramount, and we take great pride in delivering a flawless experience from purchase to delivery.
Because of the exclusive nature of our timepieces, all sales are final, except in the rare instance that a watch has been materially misrepresented.
If You Believe Your Timepiece Was Misrepresented
Should the watch you receive differ from its published description or arrive in a condition inconsistent with what was presented, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review the details promptly and work with you to ensure clarity and resolution.
Eligibility for a Return or Exchange
If the timepiece is confirmed to have been misrepresented, LumeHaus will gladly offer either:

A full refund, or

An exchange for another timepiece of your choosing (subject to availability)
To qualify, the watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered — unworn, unaltered, and complete with all included accessories, documentation, and presentation materials.

Any signs of wear, modification, tampering, or damage may render the item ineligible for return.

Any repair, adjustment, or service performed by a third party after delivery will also void the return policy.
